IT-OK limited has taken over service agreements from Quaytech Computer Services, in what will be a major expansion for the support division of the business.
Quaytech, which has an office in Newquay has now ceased trading after 10 years – and its owner chose IT-OK to take on its contracts after the firm demonstrated excellence in the industry and high customer service satisfaction levels.
The move is part of a wider strategy by IT-OK to acquire more IT support contracts over the next three years.
The gaining of the contracts from Quaytech will see IT-OK’s support division expand by around 35 per cent. To help strengthen the team further and maintain high standards with the additional contracts, IT-OK has recruited Quaytech employee Dan Coon, who has been with the company for the last 2 years.
Dan, a West Ham fan and car enthusiast, will join IT-OK’s support department which is headed up by Dan Avery
As well as providing Quaytech’s former customers with IT support contracts, IT OK is hoping to be able to provide them with the other services it currently offers – including web, design and development services.
